Great location, close to metro and walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Safe neighborhood. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Convenient shuttle service to the airport.
Rooms are very small and walls are thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be heard. Difficult to locate the hotel as the entrance is inside a small gallery and the signage is not very noticeable.

I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Ronceray Opera. The location was perfect, with a lovely gallery nearby. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and I enjoyed the convenience of having shops, bars, and transportation right outside the hotel. The staff were also very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Paris.

Modern rooms, comfortable bed. Convenient location near public transportation and popular attractions. Great view from terrace on 7th floor of nearby Galeries Lafayette. Many bars and restaurants to choose from. Helpful and friendly staff with good English. Considering a return visit.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring all areas of the city center. It was conveniently located in a good area, steps away from multiple tube lines. The breakfast provided was wonderful, and the staff was helpful and cute.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the bustling theater district. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided daily. The location is unbeatable, with two metro stations nearby and numerous cafes and restaurants in the area. We especially loved the attention to detail, with toiletries supplied in the bathroom. The value for money was outstanding, as breakfast was not included but there were plenty of options available nearby.
All was great, no improvement needed.
